Here some links with a lot of free templates which you can download in a zip:
- opendesigns.org = A lot of free webtemplates. There is even a forum where a lot of nice tips are in topics.
- Open Source Web Design.org = 2080 free templates, but the site isn't updated for a long time...
- openwebdesign.org = Nice site, but not the best in my opinion.
