Start program after connecting on XP??

animassacre
Is there a way to make windowsXP to autoticly start a program after i connect to the internet.
I connect with Dial-Up (PPPoE).
{name here}
The only way I could see you being able to do so through Windows is either:
a) You connect to the internet immeadeately after startup and use the ability for XP to startup applications after you boot up and are logged into Windows.
b) You make a custom application to do so.

sooo ...... windows Sux !?!? Mad

i start the connection from "all users/start menu/startup/.."
and i can't place the program that i wish to start there because i wont be sure that it runce after i am connected to the internet. I gues they will run simultaneously--- the program will run while i'm connecting which is pointless

Easy!

Create a new file in notepad

Type:

Code:
start iexplore.exe
start whatever.exe

Name it something.bat, and save it to your desktop.

Gotta love DOS!
