I read the TOS and it said I could use IPB software with the administrators permission, yet on the "[*READ THIS FIRST!*] Commonly asked questions" Thread it said I could not use Paid forum software. So what can I do to use IPB forum software?
Its an old topic. You can use paid software providing that you get Bondings permission. To get this you will need proof that you have a validly legal licence (ie. you have paid for it and it is yours). Please follow the information topic that will appear on your account page shortly, regarding this.
