Any tips for Boosting PHP Performance?

I mean about speed.

Basically two ways;

(1) Install php software, made to speed up parsing php. Zend Optimizer is well known though there are others. You need to be able to install things on the server to do this though (so not at Frihost Sad

)

(2) Optimize your code. Ensure your loops are efficient and you use the most efficient functions. Some functions do the same but are quicker, sometimes using two or three functions may be quicker than using one specific function.
