Everyone got some free domains and hosting...and i've already tried it for so many times of any free hosting provider. There are some featured of their hosting which are not capable of using MySQL and PHP, they'll missing the host name which is not visible for the user and that was required to install some content management system(cms). I am free now to think about... that there's freely deploy it here!!!

To be honest I don't fully understand your post but as far as I'm aware all CMS programs available have the ability to be installed here at frihost. There are no drawbacks concerning Fri-hosted email ... There are no problems with the host name neither, I believe its usually localhost or the IP address of the server.
maybe webnel is using a redirect domains only like cjb.net & .tk thats why even when he uses it in cms the real url of the site shows up.
so can you upload php files to frihost and use your own domain name purchases somewhere else?

Yes and yes
FriHost allows for you to use your own domain names bought elsewhere, yet still have their hosting. And yes, you can upload php files to your website. Though FriHost hasn't yet upgraded to PHP5 (which is okay) so not all files work.
