I dont think there is any point in adding anymore technorati favorites.. Technorati have removed the option showing how many people have favorited your blog..

Only the Top 100 is visible. Also to know if someone has favorited your blog, you should visit their profile and then find it out.

But it also works for the tags. The more you are tagged for a certain keyword then the higher you rank for that.
