1. Just sign up http://www.stumbleupon.com/sign_up.php , then download the toolbar. 2. Now go to my site or whatever site you're going to stumble and click "I like it!" it has a thumbs up icon. 3. Then write a title, and a short review like a sentence or phrase. Now select the category and submit. It's pretty easy.

Nope not really. But you should also install it for yourself, not just because of this thread. Stumbling your own sites can get you a lot of traffic sometimes. It can range from 50 to 1000 uniques. Obviously more but 1k has been my max.
