How is this working out for you? I need to get a .com domain name myself. Is the service reliable? What about billing, etc? Anything you can tell me about the company or product before I buy?
silverdown
I got mine free from anotherfree.com did a little work got a domain!
The work was answer surveys took me 30-40 minutes 50 tops and i got it setup overnight! krazy
i am looking more for a .net domain
but that price don't sound too bad. regards
Hey, domain name? Forget it. It shouldn't be a problem nowadays, since it is either cheap, or even free. Always surf on FRIHOST and you'll find free domains names offered! Good luck! Hunting for the free domains!

It is safe. I paid with Mastecard.
I bought 4 domain so far at Netfirms. First year is that price. Second year is 9.99$. dude_xyx
I think Yahoo let you register domain names something around $3 but i prefer to use Godaddy its around $6.50 with promo codes about there are many free features and easy to handle the domain name.
Hobbit
It's like $8 bucks and it renews by itself. It will stab you in the back later. I say it from experience.

Yahoo! is a strict no-no for me. I registered one domain there and I never renewed it... I would suggest someone more professional such as Namecheap. dude_xyx
Im not a Yahoo fan too. They don't let transfer your domain name to another registrar. Namecheap is really a good choice too but since when it comes to price Godaddy is cheaper and gives the same support as Namecheap. Guelila
Wow nice price.
I always registered mines for $10.. crap Well, most of my domains are .info anyways, because they tend to be cheaper than other .com or .nets.. But at this price, I'd rather pay 2 more bucks and get myself a .com Urban
But did you only made the 100% Free offers? frih
in india you will get domain for just Rs.300/year. they are very cheap/..
darrenpaul
What is that in dollers or euros?
Urban
I think it's Rs? (Dunno really what is it).
If you can give me this example : How much cost a chocolate bar in your cash? USD & CD = 1$/Chocolate bar Rs? = ?/Chocolate bar? Scorpio
Rupees is the Indian currency for all who do not know. 1USD = 40 Rupees at the current conversion rate Urban
300/40 = 7,5$.. its not that cheap !

I am gonna tell you guys my conditions according to which my webhosting service must be..Read them and suggest me the best....
It should be cheap...ie,it may go upto 9$ per year.. It should have an easy to use control panel, like the one given by Frihost... I hope they dont give any ads on my site... I must have about 100 email addresses...and should be able to have subdoamins too... So after reading these conditions..Now you guys tell me which is the best web hosting service that i can get....? And is Godaddy.com the best in the world.....? mattchun
