Most religions have had a large influence over the human race dating back over a significant period. A lot of them shaping the world we live in today. However does these older religions that have and still continue to shape us have a place in modern society. Many people are driven by their religion to actually drive themselves apart from other religions. It occurs to me that religions such as Pastafarianism and Googlism actually probably are the way forward. Instead of relying on ancient scrolls and rituals they put forward hard evidence as stupid as they may sound in front of people. At the time who's to say when the other religions were created it didn't sound equally stupid to certain people. These new religions also do one key thing. Bring people together no matter what they're backgrounds were.
Is it the way forward?
