i dont know how to upload my files!can u tell me how to do it?
and what's the ftp address,username,password?
and does the host support asp file??

your ftp address is of the form - ftp://domain
eg., if tricker.frihost.net is your subdomain, your ftp address would be - ftp://tricker.frihost.net

if you use IE, this address should open just like an ordinary folder.
login with your username/password (you should have received a PM containing these details), and you can upload/manage your files here.
(copy/paste like ordinary folders in explorer)

but better get acquainted with a good ftp client. (there's this thread http://www.frihost.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=125 debating the various ftp clients)

I'm not sure if ASP is supported.
