mysql in xampp installation problem

huge problem in xampp, i have installed xamp correctly, i have apache and filezilla running, but i just cant get mysql to run.
I disabled my firewall in case it was blocking it, i tried everything i could, but if i try in the xampp control panel, it says:

Diablosblizz

Did you install MYSQL as a Service while installing - Xampp has always given me problems - but only Apache..

Thats weird.

thankx a lot, i'm going to reinstall mysql and see if that solves the problem, if somting goes wrong ill post it here.. thanks Smile

I am also using xammp, i use to now i am with xammp lite. I had got some errors before, now i got none. It must have worked perfectly well.
