How to make shortcut on desktop of Mozilla Firefox (what I want to open just in Safe Mode with Disable Addons)?
How to make shortcut?
Right Click desktop -> New shortcut -> Browse to firefox.exe -> add " -safe-mode" at the end of the command line.
Is that what you're trying to do ?

i think that's it... just can't understand where I should put this command line "-safe-mode"
path looks like this "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe"

Put that line after .exe
