My understanding of your problem is that you want to know how to insert a photograph onto your post,its easy.
This is what I would do:
1: create an account with photobucket or other (filesharring hosts)
2: insert your photos using the (Img) tags at the top in the message body.
3: thats it!

To get this image posted:
You use this code:
Three things to note:
1: You MUST use the "http://www"
2: File names are case sensitive: Spammer.gif and spammer.gif can be two different files.
3: The picture you use must already be on the internet somewhere. You can't post pictures directly off your home computer.
