would anybody know where i can find some Opensource MYOB accounting software (for use in Australia). it doesnt have to be free, i just need it to be opensource so i can change the code to suit my business, thanks

Yes, and handles venders as well. It also supports Quicken import file, Open Financial Exchange, and Home Banking computer Interface..

GnuCash is pretty impress for the price. Which is free.
