A mission against death

I'm motionless
I stand on the plain
The sky is dark
I feel the rain
I had a vision
An unsolved quest
I made it my mission
For I won't rest

Before I've finished
The sky won't clear
For ever
I'll be here

A search in vain
Lost for ever
Enduring pain
Because I'll find it never

Dark lurks around me
The wind is strong
Black is all I see
My death won't take long

"Our planet earth
Very small of size
Just a spot in the universe
But here, Intelligence lies"
