Common Perl modules are missing? - was XML modules for Perl

Is there any chance of having the XML modules for Perl installed on server 2 please? They are fairly standard modules - and very useful as well.

Not to mention the DBI (database interface) modules - there's little use having MySQL if we can't access it!
