I have waited for just about a week after my request got accepted for a pm. I have not received it yet. I mean i know i posted it with some other dudes request ( i know im a dumbass) but when i requested again on of the admins told me that i was already accepted. And so i have been waiting and i am just wondering what is taking so long.

You'd put your application within another request thread and it got moved to the "accepted requests" along with the first one.
Now when you requested again and the admin found your post in "accepted section" it was natural to assume that you already were having an account.
bad luck with the mix up there.
