why don't u focus on making ur site work in opera first? Havnt checked FF but should be the same as opera.. not one thing is right anywhere...

1. Exquisite Gallery
2. Redefining Beauty

you should keep the banner in PNG format.
Banner size must be exactly according to the size of the white boundary wall.
Height 150 PXL
width, you know better. according to the size of site.

What more you want to know?
