find line 120 etc

I need some free software,so when someone says find line 226 for example, i can type in 226 and it brings up the line of code im looking for ,if that makes sense.

So if anyone knows of any software that does this, can you please post the url to the download.

Notepad can also do it. Just click Edit > Go To.
