i need to find the best ftp tool because i need to backup lots of files on internet for my company

I'm currently using Filezilla and I'm extremely happy with how it operates. Great program and great user group support if you need help. Check the forum at http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/forum/
I used to use the free version of WS-FTP years ago and enjoyed that program. It's still available if you want to purchase a more powerful FTP client. http://www.ipswitch.com/products/ws_ftp/index.asp

i LOVE filezilla. i have never had any problems with it. there is really not a learning curve with it unless you just do not know the ftp process itself.

i recommend that you use portable filezilla, you can google search for it and i believe it is on the portableapps suite site. what this allows you to do is to keep filezilla on, say, a usb thumb drive and keep it with you wherever you go. since i am very mobile this has been an extreme convenience for me. hope you found what you are looking for in this!

filezilla is the best and they have a portable edition. fits in a usb which i use. you can get it here. http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/filezilla_portable
