Please design me a flag - 70 FriH$ (negotiable)

Hi,

I play the online game NationStates (http://www.nationstates.net), and I need a flag for my (fictional) nation. See here:

Unfortunately, my art skills leave a lot to be desired, so I'm offering 70 FriH$ to anyone who can create a good flag for me. (This figure is somewhat negotiable)

I'm currently thinking that I would like a green star centered on a blue background (#66aaff or close).

If anyone can create this (or any variation of this) for me, please let me know. I would prefer SVG format if possible.

Hi there, nice ideas. First off, can I have the colours slightly darker - both the blue and the green. I know the blue is what I asked for, but seeing it now it looks a bit too light.

In terms of the star shape, I'm looking for something similar to that shown on this flag, and in the same shade, only centered on the flag and quite a bit larger (maybe 2/3 to 3/4 of the flag's height):
