i'm looking for a software where you can open up a document for correction. for example, you can delete a part of the text or addin something and it will highlight tht correction with red and then add a bubble at the side of the document indicating tht there has been a correction at tht corresponding line. someone plz help!!!
does anyone knw a software like this???
So you're trying to compare two documents and see the difference between them?
What format is the document in? MS Word and OO Writer have this functionality implemented. You can probably use it for RTF documents as well.
As for plain text files, try WinDiff or ExamDiff.

I don't know if this question was asked with a true purpose behind but the requirement that you have put forward is what exactly MS Word does when the Track changes option is enabled while editing a document.
Use Tools->Track Changes (ctrl+shift+E) in MS Word.
