Thanks. Well I can write the script and can buy a dedicated server but than I am not aware of how to promote the site so as to earn money. And where to find an investment company which can help me out??
Well Youtube is already dominates the area and since now its own by Google it wont be easy but maybe it will be better start a specified site like all comic video site. But again revenue is all depends on popularity of your site and it will need time and huge seo and marketing work load.

You will need a great deal of money, and i don't think that you will manage to make a profit out of it, unless you think something original to put on. Maybe a very great interface or something... But other than that... it is almost imposible...

As far as I'm concerned, clones are pathetic. They get you nowhere when it comes to successful marketing/ profiting. Take it from a guy with experience.
there are various sites which provide free marketing service by placing there own ads on your pages. just search on www.google.com
