Just curious. Mine is most definately
Gods Gunna Cut You Down. The new darker version after all of his music was sold to some hip hop producer from the beautiful wonderful San Diego after the man in black died.
The original version is awesome and all but the newer version is just wayyy too awesome.
ring of fire, get rythm... my favorites
Anything of the American records... I also really like Delia's Gone.
Anything off of American IV.
Ring of Fire. Can't be the classics.
Although, I Walk The Line, The Highwayman (with Willie, Kris and Waylon) and Ghost Riders In The Sky come close. All 4 are on my iPod.
I walk the line and sing it pretty sue
From his old stuff I live Walk the Line and Ring of Fire. They play Ring in my local metal club, even gets Death metallers joining in
In my opinion though his best song was a cover, "Hurt". Combining that video, his vocals (which sound like they're startingt o break) with a knowledge of his life and you have what is possible the most brutally honest song I've heard.
Only other song that sounds that emotional is Daddy by KoRn.
Ring of Fire and Walk The Line, probably because of the movie, but yeah, those two songs are pretty good.
wow
Gods Gunna Cut You Down.
its nice
Compared with Alan Jackson, I love Jonny more.lol
I don't like Johnny.. so I don't have a favorite song..
I don't really like Johnny Cash, but my uncle for some reason, go me his greatest hits for christmas >.>
My favourite song from that group of 70 or w/e is I walk the line.
God's Gonna Cut You Down is my favorite too...
Ring of Fire and When The Man Comes Around are my favs by him. Only songs I have by him though.
Folsom Prison Blues!
Absolutely great song and one of the best lyrics ever...
My mama told me, "Son, always be a good boy, don't ever play with guns,"
but I shot a man in Reno, just to watch him die...
Johny Cash as he is
My all time favourite is I still miss someone.
It ain't me (cover from Dylan) is also very good. I think his songs have something that gives you hope. They always make me go further with my life when I feel down... Really love Johnny Cash...
Katy too - is actually very good.
Get rythm also.
The man is a legend - all his songs are great, but the performance that REALLY wins me over everytime is his version of "Hurt", recorded shortly before his death.,
It is the most heart wrenching, deep, moody song I have EVER heard. Amazing.
My fav is Folsom Prison Blues, but he has soo many great songs its hard to pick just 1 favourite
Johnny cash is the win. My favourite is ring of fire its so catchy.
