Naruto torrent targeted by GNAA

I blogged about this but surprisingly, none of the major news blogs picked it up =)

Anyway, here's an excerpt of it:

Targetting the bittorrent users who download the popular anime Naruto, succesful downloaders would have found something rather different. A short movie "Gayniggers from Outer Space" was in the file instead and this show is the inspiration for GNAA's name: "Gay Niggers Association of America".

Anyway, for the discussion do you think they were right in doing so? Why promote their agenda through harmless anime downloaders?

yeah...thought it was stupid too!

but this guys are quite good, they even manage to comment spam slashdot and cause one of the anime sites to crash.

this must be of a small scale. I would expect the seeds for those files to be dead soon enough. I wouldn't be able to cause to much harm.
