What is a ROR file and what does it or you do with it??
It say it used to describe your web site, but what do you do with it? Where?
I have just stumbles upon it and I m lost...

Do you know Google sitemaps ? ROR files are a bit like this, but more powerfull.

As you understood, it's used to describe your website, for example in order to search engines (general or specialised) to analyse your site, reference it or make better searches.
It enable agents to know what there is in your website, and where to find it.
