Internal Server Error in Joomla, Please help!

I can not change anything in admin area with Joomla CMS.

With message : Internal Server Error.

I've already try hard to solve this problem but nothing.

In frontend, it's working properly.

Please help.

Is there any .htaccess file? in root dir or in administrator dir
Try to rename it for a while.
You mus persuade your FTP client to show hidden files
I don't use joomla, but it is common problem of this file.
