online database

Greetings all, I want to create my own online database of social science related material. I envision it as a online home library of material I find relavent to my own interest. I am not computer savy at all, which is why I'm here. Does anyone have any suggestions for a novice as to how to go about accomplishing such a task. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm worried about available space on a blog. I want to place articles etc that I have found in this database. In many cases they can be upward of 50 pages or so. Will such big objects mean I have little storage space or posting space.

Start with a blog at one of these places.

By the time you fill up the 999 MB or so that these services provide, you'll be computer savvy (much earlier actually), and make a ultra super website hosted at frih Wink
