Future posting is very simple

In the post writing page, look to the right.. there will be a no. of collapsible boxes. The last one will be called "edit timestamp". Check the box there. Set the future date and time when you want the post to be published and then type the post just as usual.. and click publish finally.

There is no quote button as such, it is called blockquote or indent.. it is approximately the 7th button from the left on the visual rich editor. Looks similar to the indent button in MS word and stuff.
