I want to build a discussion forum. But i have got mail from frihost that i can't upload PhpBB, IPBoard and and other discussion forum. What should i do to upload free available discussion forum.

Who ever said that is talking rubbish. You are not allowed paid software! Free software can be installed which includes phpBB.
