It doesn't exactly follow canon, but the unsnakelike cutscenes are still sweet. Too bad it wasn't released on PC or PS2.

Jump Superstars is good, but it's only in Japanese. Final Fantasy III is really good, and it's in English. Mario Kart is still the best though. All these are for the DS.

Final Fantasy III is a fun game.
I also like New Super Mario Bros.

Super Monkey Ball and the sequal SMB 2 are both great games. If you were at all interested in Marble Madness for the NES, you might like them. Or even if you like the marble labyrinth games (the ones where you roll a marble from the start to the finish avoiding the holes) you would probably like monkey ball.

For DS, I can recommend you getting the Mario Kart DS, The New Super Mario Bros. Other fun games include the Castlevania series for the DS. That means you'll want to check out Dawn of Sorrow and Portrait of Ruin. If your into a beat/rhythm type of game, Elite Beat Agents and WarioWare: Touched! I heard that Final Fantasy III is pretty good too, so you might want to check that out.
