How to check webmail ?

I have pointed my TLD www.7thRadiation.com to the free hosting provided by friHost........

now I have created 5 email ids for my friends.

I want them to be able to log in and check the mails ,

what is the URL for that and how can they do that ?

Please help me in this regard........

Teach them how to use POP3 in thunderbird / outlook.
