Now, interesting topic of disscussion:

Why, for such a simple graph, is the terror alert system so complicated? There don't seem to be any boundaries between the colors. So, what is the point of having it? It's not like it's helped us at all.

The threat may not have any real boundaries between colors, but the response does. Each color represents a certain amount of security precautions (and a certain amount of money for them).

oh lighten people, if even had the remotest thought this was simply a joke.....you all know I would trash it....and I like rightclickscott.
