let's not talk about this he is also a human being.
He tried his label best but couldn't succeed he is not the sole to be blamed. If Kaif is not in squad it his failure.
after who wants not to be successful.
and regarding his resignation I think he should not be thrown out disrespectfully.
I just don't want him to continue after those recent issues with senior players.
Let him take his last salary and go home.

Hey Abhi...
Don't be emotional.
All will agree as he is one of the best coach in the world and he did his best. Beyond this he has to be kept in mind of the emotions of the indian Audience and he has to go according to them. Ok Leave all the things. But we have to never forget our best coach..
Hain na Abhi....

I think he did nothing wrong in trying to hold the senior players accountable.
There are certain players who have become standard part of the team - regardless of their actual performance - THAT can never be any good.

There are a certain players who will always be in the squad no matter how many times they fail.
And when they reach that stage - they do not have any reason to try hard to be successful everytime.
Kaif gets thrown out of the team after a couple of matches where he fails to score.
How many tournaments does it take for some of the senior players to get that kind of treatment ?

Exactly, but there are some players in the team who deserve that.
yea we just can't forget that we are indian and there are always people who loves to remind us that.

These words proves that you are emotional and angry for Indiam team perforamance.
These emotions sholud be there for 11 Guys not for us.
Finally India got a fiancee Coach as Ravi Shastri.for Bangla desh Tour.
Australia's cricket coach John Buchanan
na.. na...!
Next
Wo is there in que.....
i dont think he did the best job ever, but its not a position i would want, the Indian Cricket Board would have put a lot of pressure on him to succeed and unfortunately he didnt, but no matter what i dont think anyone would have beaten Australia at this World Cup, but India should have performed better and made the final 4

Its 1000% (not 100%) true...
Ravi shastri is a good cricketer & commentator...... but he has to prove that he can guide, suggest, lead, care of the Indian bulls to control and keep in a line.
And BCCI should also take smart decissions from now-on-wards... Or else Indian team will drastically collapse as happened before with Zimbabwe.....
Guessing Indian team will be again walks towards victory.....
the indian players were frikken useless.
No spirit, no fight.
Now look at the aussies.
They have it in their heart not in their wallet.
but is that not how Indians are in general.
I think it is pretty to naive to believe that Greg Chapel was responsible for India's poor showing in the World Cup. The problems go much further behind that. Till we have a professionally run Cricket Board that can provide clear performance criteria and set the vision for the cricket team, we will continue to disappoint.
Just my 2 cents!

Yes, I totally agreewith you by seeing the performance against Bangladesh in CWC - 2007 and India Tour to Bangladesh.
In 1st test, becoz of rain, Indians are out of sunken ship..
But greg is also a typical person who doesnot deserves the Indain audience.........
