Their plans seem very good and I was impressed
seeing paypal support.
But I live in India. So does bidvertiser really work for me?

Yes it does , I can get money , use to buy something (paypal supported)
but cannot withdraw it cuz no bank support.
Atleast I'll be able to shop online....

Then they just don't accept any more clicks off yours!

Yup... you should read this thread before you consider Bidvertiser.They're still something you should consider if you don't have any choice. I was "scammed" by them for about 3 months, since they didn't count all my clicks. I can't say that they did for sure. But I put ypn on my site and I'm getting more clicks, and both ads are exactly the same (even keywords, etc.)
It is a good free ad service if u are a nub
if u are not than google ads is better
but you could make money with there ads

Ive been a member with bidad for a year and barely made cashout and theres no request, they descide when to pay and I havent recived any money yet so you might look into others rather than bidvertiser!
