Do you think Enland will qualify for semi at world cup cricket after they lost to Sri Lanka by just 2 runs? They were a bit unlucky to the end of the match. I was watching the match at home and at one point they just needed 7 runs from 4 balls but unfortunately they lost the match.

I think it will be very tight, we basically have to sit & wait and hope that we can beat 'the no. 1 team in the world' in South Africa, that itself is gonna be hard, they can only do a bangladesh once in a tournament.

After all that rambling, the short story, no! Another collosal disappointment for English sport.

The upside, KP still class, Ravi Bopara looks very tidy indeed!

If they can beat South Africa and West Indies comprehensively they can reach semis. Then it'll be another dissaponting end for Proteas.

I don't think they will end up in the semis, although they have a chance. As it goes, you just cannot predict anything. And the situation is so complicated that one win can upset the caculations, and will end up looking at the NRR to see who goes into the round of four
