Setting up a home proxy server
You might want to check out Squid, a free, open-source web-proxy program. You can download binaries here: http://www.squid-cache.org/binaries.html
is that for server 2003? im looking for a server 2003 compatible program sorry
Go for winproxy. It has the features you have asked for. if you want to share only the internet connection, then AnalogX and CCProxy is sufficient.

you might want to try ISA server 2004 if you want to configure a proxy server with firewall.
I've used Squid extensively - great program, though it doesn't run on Windows.
If you do use Squid, make sure you don't use RAID5 - its the worst combination.

use winproxy and setup the cache function
Or you could use wingate. It's good enough
that I have running a proxy by an old pc ( pc 133 / 96mb).
and it's work great.
If you got and problem, just post here.
