Ip Black list

Me and a few big forums (+3000 members) Are starting a personal ip black list for spammers and pests. I have all the php worked out, but here is the deal, the ip address have to be formated like this:
192.168.1.1 156.342.1.4 453.215.4.2 ect, with a space in between each one.

If i gave you a list of about 1000 Ip address, could you format it and put it in a text file?

So what you give the person who does it, is a txt file with 1000 ip adresses stacked line after line, and then you want a txt file with all the ip's stacked on one line with a space between each ip?

Sorta, i give you a list with ip's stacked/sorted, you make them so that their is only one space in between each ip.

It is probably easy to write a little Perl script that formats the list for you. What is the given format of the list that has to be converted?
