Sorting memory issue???

Well I get the following error and was wondering how I would go about sorting it:

looks like your program is only allowed 16 meg or memory, and tried to overstep. afaik, theres not much you can do about that.

If it that is happening on this server, then i think the only thing you can do is wait until the rams cache is cleared. I had that problem once as well, you may want to make sure that all of your scripts are ending and what isnt being used is removed from the cache, that should also increase the speed of your queries and what not.
