Is it possible to set up email forwarders with a script (doesnt matter which language) so that I can set them up automatically instead of using cPanel?

As far as I know there would be no possible way to do that. I pretty sure email forwarding is usually handled by the name servers.
Yeah E-Mail forwarders are handled ny domain name servers so there is no way to do dat..
