does a script exists to check remaining bandwidth for our account ? sothat we can suspend downloads before suspendig website :/

You can actually find out how much bandwidth you have available in your account by going to Cpanel.
It is right there and easy to see.

but is it possible to check it via a php or CGI script ? so that i wont be at risk from bandiwdth lack before I can checl and stop. because I'm not always behind my computer.

If you go over 10 gig your account shows a bandwith error message anyway, your limited to 10gig.

Let me explain for him,
he has a site which has movies you can download and he wants to find a script which will stop the download when he only had a certain amount of bandwidth left so people can still vist his main site with out getting the error. I will try my best to find one but i can not think of any place that would have one and if its possible.

It isn't possible unless you have all kind sof access that he, nor I, nor anyone who is not the owner of the site does not have.
Just tell him to keep a sharp eye on it and go from there.
