It makes me sad when people are seperated from their pets for whatever reason. I was watching a programme on old people going into homes and not being able to take their pets with them. How utterly heartbreaking! I am happy that there are people out there who take time and effort to do therapy with dogs and other animals, at old age homes and care homes for disabled people etc.
