Does anyone know a website that I can host php for free? One that's easy to use? I found a couple of sites but I have no idea on how to set up my php.

umm... at the cost of sounding like a moron by not understanding what you're talking about... how about the one your posting on?
Indeed, Frihost is free, easy to use, it's easy to get help here, and it has support for a number of languages (python, php, perl). I can't see what you would need that you don't have here?
