how can i detect scsi harddisk on my cmos. i tried many times.. but i cannot able to do this.. is any other way to detect scsi hardisk?

i don't think bios can detect it. usually when you install windows setup will detect it or the hardisk came with a floppy where you press F6 to install the driver during setup

You cant.
You can configure your SCSI devices thru the SCSI controller's BIOS. With Adaptec controllers, the configuration utitility shows up right AFTER POST.
There you can do the configuration, susch as low level format and RAID configurations.
Same with SATA devices. IIRC, even if you have an on-board SATA controller, it still comes with its own BIOS.
