Google Sitemaps and Cron

I suck with Cron.

I have these google sitemaps that I have to submit.

I want to submit them more than once a day.

I do not want to have to go to the frigging website to do it manually.

Google Sitemaps reccomend cron.

Anybody help me?

Do any one of you know how to use Google sitemaps or recommend anyother sitemap.

Why would you want to? It doesn't automatically submit your sitemap to Google. Also, it doesn't create static XML files AFAIK.
