Anybody pick this game up, or looking forward to it?

It looks kinda cool, and I really like the cel-shaded look, but I'm still on the fence as to whether it's a buy or a wait.
Also, I think there needs to be some sort of rule handed down (you know, from like, the gods of gaming or some such nonsense) that companies should post the system requirements on their games when they go to release them. Looking through that whole site, I can't find anything that mentions what kind of computing monstrosity I'll need to run it.
