transfer problems

I made a PHP FTP client, PHTP ( http://sourceforge.net/projects/phpfftp2 )
But it still bugs when uploading .txt files, even in FTP_ASCII mode, when using ftp_put function.
could someone help me ?

What is the exact problem? is it that the text files are getting trasferred in binary, or not getting transferred at all, or throw some error?
