That poor little guy... *graphic* That's just sad. Had to be at least 6 months old. His face was soo red after they sprayed him.. .. Mother was at fault for even involving her child in the situation but maybe she couldn't find a babysitter. Both are at fault but ...still.. No excuse..

*By cops own word - were going spray and push spray and push..and no one in the crowd provoked anything. They were just standing there. That's still no excuse. That's some wrong chit...
