Like ppl have said, the best are made by a image editor.
Go search up the GIMP on google, and download it! It's tottaly free! Remember that logos are usually simple. Sometimes they have text, sometimes only text, never make it too complicated. When you see professional logos, you see stuff like addidas, nike, kswiss, you know. They are all very simple and are usually silhouette style. GOOD LUCK! pspcoder05
