I need a drop down navbar in php or javascript which I can insert into another page. I want something similar to this:

This one is an iframe, but the second submenu can't be seen.
It will need to be simple so that I can add more menus and submenus to it at a later stage. I tried to do it myself using the php include command, but the links didn't work.
Let me know how much FRIH$ you would want for doing this. Thanks
EDIT Someone out there must be able to do this. I don't mind if it's done with php or javascript, as long as it's easy enough for me to add to it as needed. Excuse the double post. There's been plenty of viewing here, but no replies. Why is this? Am I asking for something that's hard to do?
I tend to get an idea of what I want, thinking there will be a way to do it. If I'm asking for the imposible, please could someone at least let me know please, so I can move on and work on an alternative navbar. Thanks.

For the timespan between the last two posts today, I really don't think this user really wants the service or they may have forgot about it.

This new link is working. I made changes when I thought there was going to be no replies. I changed my files from html to php. The links bar is inserted as php include.
The code needs to be simple so I can add menus and sub-menus as needed. The current css file can be utilised for it, with whatever changes are neccesary to acommodate the new links bar.

[Edit 2] Sorry, but I've just done you out of a job. I was experimenting with my coding and managed to get my dropdown menu to work. All I need now is to get some advice on how to get the sub-menus to dropdown vertically below the menu instead of slightly to the right. [/Edit 2]
